     g. Maintenance and Security: Regular maintenance and security updates to ensure your website runs smoothly and is protected against threats.
  4. Client Responsibilities
  5. Provision of Inputs: Clients must provide all necessary inputs, including content, images, videos, login credentials, and approvals. Delays or changes in these inputs may affect the delivery timeline and process.
    b. Written Confirmation: All tasks will begin only after receiving written confirmation via email from the client.
     c. Communication: All communications regarding our services will be conducted through email or WhatsApp.
  6. Pricing and Payment
  7. Pricing: Prices for all tasks will be as per the pricelist or quote provided to the client.
    b. Payment Terms: All payments must be made 100% in advance. Due to the nature of our work, there will be no refunds once a task has started.
     c. LUMOS Maintenance Plan: If the client has opted for the LUMOS Maintenance plan and the monthly payment has not been made for two consecutive months without prior written notice, it will be deemed that the client is not interested, and the account will be suspended. To reactivate the plan, all prior payments must be cleared. d. Termination: If the client wishes to terminate the plan, a 30-day written notice is required.
  8. Delivery Timelines a. Delivery Schedules:
  9. Delivery schedules will be as per what is confirmed before the start of the task.
    b. Impact of Delays: Any delay in providing the required inputs or any changes in the inputs midway through the project will affect the delivery timeline. c. Estimated Delivery: While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, these are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
  10. Intellectual Property Rights
  11. Ownership: All content created by Lumos Web Support as part of the services provided will belong to the client upon full payment.

  13. Client Information: Lumos Web Support maintains the confidentiality of all client information. We do not share client details with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
  14. Dispute Resolution
    a. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services will be handled exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

  16. Termination by Client: The client may terminate the services by providing a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding payments must be cleared before termination. b. Termination by Lumos Web Support: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms and conditions or engages in unlawful activities.
  17. Amendments a. Changes to Terms:

    Lumos Web Support reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  18. Force Majeure a. Unforeseen Events:

    Lumos Web Support will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, cyber-attacks, or government actions.

    The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lumos Web Support, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the client’s use of our services or breach of these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
